Our work together will be collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from a range of integrative approaches. My intention is to support you to overcome what’s holding you back or move more effectively toward what you want. Sessions will be tailored to your individual goals.

I offer a free 15–30 minute consultation to talk, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether working together feels like a good fit.
Fees
I am in network with MEDICARE, MEDICAID, TRICARE, and a number of private insurance companies, and will provide a superbill for out of network insurance when requested. Regular session (55 minutes) fees are the same for either insurance or private pay. Extended session (85 minutes) fees may be charged for family or group sessions, if needed.
